Any Cancellation made with at least 24 hours notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
If a booking is cancelled by a client within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of the fare will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled by a client within 6 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of the fare will be charged.
If the client does not appear at the time and place, designated as the pickup point, 100% of the fare will be charged.
Waiting time is charged if the client arrives late, at £15 per hour. The first 20 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges.
Any job quoted for a set fee for a specific journey including hours and miles to be travelled is calculated on the information received at that time.
Any excess hours or miles travelled over and above that quoted, will be charged at the standard rate.
Any quotations for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Years Eve where there may be an additional surcharge.
Please advise if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday a special date within the calender year.
Any damage to the vehicle inside or out caused by the client or the clients guests, neglectful acts shall be paid for in full.
Together with loss of earnings if the vehicle has to be removed for repair’s, at the current daily hire rate for that vehicle.
When carrying luggage, all hard cases or boxes must be placed in the boot.
Only a reasonable amount of hand luggage, with the chauffeur’s approval should be carried inside the car.
Whilst we do our best to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances that are beyond our control.
All airport transfers exclude parking fees this will be paid on the day by you (client).
