The evening charges between 18:00 and 07.00 in the UK are set at a 20% premium.
Notice is required to cancel to receive a refund.
Less than 48 hours’ notice no refund will be issued.
The price paid for is the final price based on the information given at the time of booking without any unexpected costs unless there is a deviation from the route, or any other journeys undertaken during your trip.
No smoking is permitted in our vehicles no rubbish is to be left in our vehicles we ask that our clients take any rubbish with them.
Deposit payments are non-refundable.
If the customer cancels a booking within 12 hours of the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies will be non-refundable.
Please note that our executive drivers are not permitted to accept bookings or payments all bookings and payments to be made to the office.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the exterior and interior when travelling within our vehicles the client will be charged accordingly for any repairs or valeting that maybe required to restore the vehicle back to original condition.
If there are any variations to the journey which increases the milage within the journey the client will be charged the excess amount.
Every effort will be made to ensure are vehicles arrive on time.
Our executive drivers will always travel via the most appropriate route unless asked not too by the client.
Halls Cars Chauffeur vehicles and subcontracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims however the client’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Halls Cars Chauffeurs shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
